		<description>Thanks for this find! I think it makes an excellent &#039;quick and dirty&#039; way of putting a survey out there.

Of course it will have its limitations and not have much of the bells-and-whistles - but hasn&#039;t that always been the nature of Google (and Google Docs itself)?</description>
